This huge office block in Toronto's banking district was built in the 1970's. As always in major cities the problem of providing adequate, affordable parking space arose.
Sufficient headroom allowed the installation of a Klaus Parking System, which, at a stroke, doubled parking capacity to 40 places.
Both the property owner and tenants benefit; the former's income from parking fees has doubled and the latter can always be sure of a parking place in the overcrowded city centre.
