We service our machines
Klaus offers service for all of its installed machines. The machines come with a one year parts and labor warranty and thereafter the owner has the option of extending the warranty or just continuing with service. In general, simple stackers must be serviced at least once per year. Twice per year is recommended on larger installations where there is more use (multi-family residential) to maintain reliability. Certain projects need more frequent service depending on the machine and the usage. Semi automatic machines (PSeries, Trendvario, puzzle lifts) need to be serviced twice per year. Fully automatic machines need to be serviced quarterly.

Urgent requests-If your machine is not working for any reason do not use this web interface and call 416-925-2614. Our answering service will determine who is on call and patch you through or dispatch a service van to your site.
